A renovation or alteration in a previously occupied home requires a Certificate of Completion. Prior to a certificate of completion being issued, all final inspections must be requested, performed and approved. When a certificate of completion is applied for, several prerequisites must be met:

  1. All inspections have passed, including, landscaping and irrigation
  2. The permit holder must ensure that all subcontractors have obtained and paid for the required permits
  3. Submitted a completed FEMA Flood Elevation Certificate (if applicable)
  4. Submit an as-built survey, signed and sealed, for new construction
